Grad Information Sessions
There is no rehearsal for commencement. Graduate information sessions inform you on what to expect the day of commencement. You also may want to share this information with your guests.

Student Reminders
- Commencement is May 16th & 17th - View full schedule
- Parking is free - Parking information
- All bags are subject to be searched - Security information
- Guests over the age of 3 yearqs old must have a Commencement ticket and seating is first come, first served. ADA seating is provided for guests needing accommodations.
Before Commencement
- Email your guest(s) their ticket(s) through
- Update your name and mailing address in
- Get your cap and gown - Required for all graduates
- Want a commemorative Alumni pin? Check your email for the Exit Survey
- with your guests for after the ceremony
At Commencement

- at the softball field, receive your stage pass, and then line up by major.
- Running late? Find Commencement staff in blue polos for help.
- You will need to show your Stage Pass to enter the and the softball field.
- Faculty Marshals and Commencement Staff will direct you where to go and sit.
- When entering and exiting the stage, use the handrail and give your stage pass at
the top of the stairs to staff.
Note: Diplomas are not handed out at Commencement - Diploma information - Dress appropriately: wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to be seated in direct sunlight.
