May Ceremony

Commencement will be Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17 at at Cal State San Marcos.

CEHHS 1, CEHHS 2, CSTEM - Saturday

Ceremonies are held outdoors. Please check the weather for the day and plan accordingly. Wear appropriate shoes for walking on grass, dirt pathways and/or uneven surfaces. 

CHABSS ceremonies are estimated to last approximately two hours, and the ceremonies for the other three colleges are expected to last one hour.  

 

Ticket Information

Commencement is a ticketed event. A standby line will be available for each ceremony. 

An alternate viewing area is available in the  (second floor) or the commencement live website.

Parking is free during commencement. An attendant will assist you as you drive on to campus.

Ceremony dates and times are subject to change due to weather, venue limitations, graduate participation, etc. 

The university plans to host in-person ceremonies, rain or shine, at Mangrum Track & Field to celebrate the current graduating class. Attendance and participation will require advance registration, and attendance will be limited. A livestream of the ceremonies will be made available on the CSUSM website.
