ÂSeated Posture
- Keep monitor arms length (18” – 24”) from screen.
- Eyes should be positioned anywhere within the upper third of monitor.
- Head should be kept straight and level.
- Keep shoulders relaxed.
- Elbows are to be maintained at a 90 degree angle while typing.
- Back is fully engaged with the chair’s backrest.
- Maintain a 2-3 finger gap between legs and front edge of chair seat.
- Utilize a footrest to keep feet flat.
- Avoid the use of Stability Balls in lieu of a standard ergonomic chair.
ÂStanding Posture
