31st Annual Psychology Student Research Conference

The California State University San Marcos Psychology Department, the CSUSM Chapter of Psi Chi, and the CSUSM Psychology and CHAD Organization invite you to attend and submit your work to the Annual Psychology Student Research Conference. Students from any college or university are welcome to attend and participate!

This is a great opportunity for students to learn about research, graduate school, and career opportunities, build their CV/resume, and have fun all at the same time.

All events will include:

  • A keynote address (Repurposing suvorexant, an insomnia medication, for the treatment of opioid use disorder) by , Associate Professor of Translational Medicine in the Department of Translational Medicine at Scripps Research Institute
  • A "Graduate School and Careers in Psychology" panel
  • Student poster and brief (blitz) talk sessions
  • Light refreshments will be served

Parking

If you are planning to drive and park at CSUSM, the main Parking Garage (labeled "CSUSM Parking Garage" in Google Maps) is probably your best bet. When you arrive at the parking garage, there will be signs posted so that you can digitally purchase a pass (currently $9 for the day, but there may be hourly rates as well). More .
