USU Streaming Services – Packages

All packages include equipment and labor for set-up and strike. Packages require tech support throughout the event billed by the hours.

Self-Service Streaming Package

This self-service is intended for smaller groups that require but not limited to Zoom and Teams “Hybrid” meetings where minimal interaction with virtual parties is available through user’s accounts. AVIT does NOT provide recording* as it is left up to the host of the event.

  • Smart Podium w/ gooseneck mic
  • 1 Hand Held Wireless Microphone
  • 1 Wireless Clicker
  • Small Zoom Camera (Presenter only w/ limited interaction)
  • Small Tripod

Note: Podium not required for meeting rooms

  • Student Orgs/Student Focused: $35
  • On-Campus / Department Groups*: $45
  • Off-Campus / External Groups: $55

Streaming Package

This package is intended for medium to larger groups with one to two cameras that require but not limited to Zoom and Teams “Hybrid” meetings. Interaction with virtual parties is fully available but limited to 2 host microphones through user and or AVIT’s account. A Technician is required to monitor stream throughout the event. AVIT does NOT provide recording* as it is left up to the host of the event.

  • Camera Controller
  • 1 tech required (hourly rate at $18)

Pricing

  • Student Orgs/Student Focused: $55
  • On-Campus / Department Groups*: $85
  • Off-Campus / External Groups: $130

Pro Steaming Package

This package is available for larger groups with one to three cameras that require but not limited to Zoom and Teams “Hybrid” meetings. Full Interaction with virtual parties with multiple microphones & or video streams through user and or AVIT’s account. Two Technicians are required to monitor stream and control sound/cameras throughout the event. AVIT does NOT provide recording* as it is left up to the host of the event.

  • 4 Hand Held Wireless Microphone
  • 1 Wireless Clicker
  • Tech Table
  • Laptop
  • PTZ Camera (s)
  • Camera Controller
  • Virtual Guest Interactions (1 hour testing prior to event start time)
  • 2 techs included for two hours (additional hours will be charged at $36 an hours)

Pricing

  • Student Orgs/Student Focused: $130
  • On-Campus / Department Groups*: $150
  • Off-Campus / External Groups: $170

*AVIT does NOT capture, store and edit any video for event during the stream. If this service is requested, please contact on campus Media Production Services to request a quote.
